Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy clauses define the conditions which must be acknowledged and accepted before an order is placed. Once an order has been placed with 2nannys it will be assumed that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to the policies laid out therein.

 

Information given by both parties forms part of the contract.

Privacy Policy.
 
It is our policy that personal details will not be disclosed to any third party, stored on a data retrieval system or passed by any means to anyone not concerned with 2nannys.

Personal details including any payment information will be retained for the duration of the 'contract' and for 28 days after which it will be removed.

Terms of Use.
 
Pictures used on this website are representative of the goods produced by 2nannys. As all garments are handmade there may be slight variations in finish but the quality will remain the same.
After placing an order you will have 24hrs in which to cancel. This must be done by the email address used to place the order. Cancellation by telephone, text or other means will not be accepted. This is to protect you the customer.

 

The right to cancel does not apply to bespoke, personalised items or goods made to customers specification unless faulty.

If the customer refuses to accept the goods and they are not faulty return postage is to be paid by the customer.

 

Cancellation of an order will incur charges to cover the cost of any materials purchased for that order inclusive of any delivery/postage charges.
