02 What colours are available?
We use yarns generally available on the high street and although we will try our best to make any item in your prefered colour, we are limited by what is available at the time. Please contact us to discuss your requirement.
03 What is included in the postage?
The charge includes the packaging and postage at cost and appropriate postage for the item, ie large letter or small packet at current Royal Mail rates. Other options available.
04 Can I return an item?
We will accept the return of goods if they are found to have a manufacturing fault.
Items ordered incorrectly, or if you change your mind, cannot be accepted for return.
