Ordering and Payment

 

Please email us with your requirements via the contact us page. On receiving your order we will send a SumUp invoice for 50% of the total or the whole amount, whichever you prefer. This is a non-returnable deposit to cover materials.

 

When your order is ready for dispatch you will receive a second invoice for the balance. Goods will only be dispatched once the balance has been received.

 

Please pay your invoice within 10 working days.

 

Prices shown on these pages do not include P&P. Postage is charged as per Royal Mail rates for 2nd class large letter or MyHermes for larger items, as applicable.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We anticipate completion approximately 2-6 weeks from receipt of your deposit, depending on the size of your order, availability of materials and the number of orders already on our system.

 

Should we encounter any problems with your order, ie yarn out of stock, we will email you to advise.

 

 

 

By placing an order with 2nannys it is understood that you have read, accept and agree to our terms and conditions.

 

 

Please note:- Invoices not paid with 10 working days will be treated as a cancellation of the order.

Royal Mail small parcel 2nd class £3.10

MyHermes small parcel up to 1kg £2.90 (signed for + 90p)

MyHermes small parcel up to 2kg £4.20 (signed for + 90p)

Larger items will be priced at cost
